Kale Chips

Make your own kale chips at home. It tastes WAY better than store-bought varieties.

You need only olive oil, salt and pepper.

Take 1 head of kale, wash, dry, de-stem, and tear into small 3" pieces. Make sure they're dry so the oil holds on them and they don't end up wilty

Coat the kale with olive oil, which makes them crispy. Arrange the kale 1 layer deep on a non-stick baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. You add chili flakes if you like.
